1. Firstly press unlock and then press "*" then type any of this number 911or112.
2. After that you press three keys immediately one after the other: Firstly the "Green call key" followed by the "End call key/Right soft key" and lastly the "Menu Key" then the phone will automatically open but don't make calls or power off the phone if not it will lock again
